Hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts this website and the embedded calculator. IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and technical browser information are processed to deliver content and protect the service against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Enquiries by form, email or phone
We use your contact information and the transport or project details you provide to handle your enquiry. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps or contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in communicating with business contacts and handling other enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The short contact forms first prepare an email draft on your device. We receive it only after you send it from your email application. Our mailbox is hosted by one.com. Calculator and transport requests
The calculator at rechner.schnellerkurier.de loads when you open a page containing it. It uses Google Maps and Routes for address suggestions and road distances. Entered places and addresses, along with technical connection data, are processed for the route and quotation calculation you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, is the European provider. Processing outside the EU may occur. See Google privacy information. The calculator stores inputs and necessary settings locally in your browser. Submitting a calculator request transfers the displayed order and contact details to our dispatch service, where they are stored for handling the enquiry. Cloudflare Turnstile protects submission against automated abuse. You can contact us by phone or email if you do not want route calculation.
Google map and partner links
The footer map loads only after you click “Load Google map”. This gives consent to the connection with Google and transfer of data including your IP address (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Reloading the page removes the map; you may also withdraw consent for future processing at any time. External partner websites are opened only when their links are clicked and have their own privacy information.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting contract. It is then deleted unless statutory retention duties or legal claims require continued storage. Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation, and withdraw consent at any time for future processing. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we need sufficient information to handle the request. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal effects.
